Do not submit permanent gate or alarm codes, lockbox combinations, key-storage details, copies of keys, payment-card information, or other security credentials through public forms. Final access arrangements are coordinated directly.
How information is used
Information is used to review service availability, respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, coordinate service, send required communications, prevent abuse, maintain operational records, and support billing.
Service providers
Configured providers may process data on Five Star Curb’s behalf for website hosting, private form storage, email delivery, spam prevention, e-signature, and Stripe billing. Payment-card and bank details are entered directly with Stripe and are not stored by this website.
Photos and uploads
Commercial property photos are limited by type and size, stored in private server-side storage, and intended only for operations review. They are not published by the website.
Retention and deletion
Owner approval required: Five Star Curb must establish and publish approved retention and deletion periods for inquiry, service, upload, and billing-related records.
Your choices
