Plan scope
Weekly service covers rollout and return for one approved collection cycle each week. Twice-weekly service covers two approved collection cycles each week. Standard plans include up to three total approved trash or recycling carts.
Route and access approval
Service is subject to route capacity, travel, tolls, collection frequency, cart count, property type, safe access, route distance, gates, stairs, slopes, staff-assisted access, and other operational conditions. Additional pricing or a custom quote may be required.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate schedule, cart, address, contact, and non-sensitive access information; keep the approved cart route reasonably clear and safe; report collection-schedule changes; and coordinate secure access directly.
Weather and safety
Normal rain, heat, cold, and light snow are included when a reasonably clear and safe route is available. Additional snow-access work requires approval and separate pricing. Unsafe conditions may delay service.
Excluded work
Standard service does not include loose-trash or overflow cleanup, bulk hauling, furniture or appliance removal, construction debris, hazardous materials, cleaning unless selected, full snow removal, unscheduled visits, cart repair or replacement, municipal collection failures, or work outside the agreed scope.
Billing
Approved residential customers enroll through Stripe for recurring monthly billing and any actively selected add-ons. Final payment-failure, retry, receipt, and billing-notice settings require owner approval and Stripe configuration.
Cancellation
Approved policy required: Residential service is billed monthly and may be canceled according to the owner-approved residential cancellation policy. No cancellation window or fee is represented by this draft.
Additional services
Additional carts, cleaning, snow access, unusual access, extra visits, and work outside the standard scope require documented approval and applicable pricing.
