Website content is general information. Service availability, route, access, schedule, scope, and price must be confirmed by Five Star Curb.
Form submissions
A residential application, commercial inquiry, contact form, or file upload does not by itself create a service agreement, approve a proposal, authorize billing, or confirm a start date.
Third-party services
Stripe handles eligible payment and billing functions. A separate established e-signature provider may handle commercial service agreements. Those providers operate under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.
Third-party collection
Five Star Curb does not control municipal pickup, private waste-hauler performance, tenant behavior, illegal dumping, severe weather, government enforcement, or other third-party service failures.
Approved legal language needed
The owner should obtain approved language addressing acceptable website use, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, governing law, dispute handling, and updates before production publication.
